| Dell level 3 Tech states if Quickset.exe is not found in C:\Windows\System32 reinstall it (or) it is a virus or spyware The only other information I have discovered reguarding this perticular issue is associated with "DHS" There is no difinative information reguarding this issue other than dell is and has been recieveing many many calls reguarding this exact issue. Reinstall can be done with either your driver disk that came with your system or directly through them (only after purchasing either Norton or McAfee Security programs) No difinitive information could be obtained from dell on this.
