| This popped up after I installed my MicroSoft HD-3000 LifeCam so I could use Skype. It gives me additional options when seeing multiple screens. It doesn't need to run on start-up so just disable it. You can use programs (like Revo Uninstaller or CCleaner to do this or do it via the BIOS). The program will still work when you launch the host program (in my case , the LifeCam)it just won't launch on start-up. The program is not dangerous, but why consume PC resources unnecessarily.
