Daemon.exe runs in the background and detects any iso file accessed through Windows Explorer. It allows the file to be double-clicked and opened as if it was a true physical drive. Daemon Tools is distributed by Disc Soft Ltd. and supported by Microsoft. Founded in 2005, Disc Soft's primary products are various Daemon software versions.
