I have it installed on my Dell XPS 8500 CPU Type QuadCore Intel Core i5-3450, 3300 MHz (33 x 100) Motherboard Chipset Intel Panther Point H77, Intel Ivy Bridge System Memory 12183 MB (DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM) Video Adapters AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (2048 MB) Intel(R) HD Graphics (2112 MB). For me it is in "C:\Program Files(x86)\ATI\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CLIStart.exe" metemer
This running in the background will become a system hog, Recommend disabling it and reenabling it when needed. Peter
