adrian after I managed to delete it in safe mode with command promting, my browser (firefox) have lost all the settings: themes, extensions. In conclusion I think that's not ok at all! And that in the presence or ZoneAlarm and Nod32. My recommandation: delete it as soos as you can!!

Head1st Well I read the entire post and the only App I have installed is the bonjour App Which I never manually installed so I am not sure where it came from but I do notice it causes conflicts with the uTorrent App I am running. It causes my download and upload rates to fluxuate uncontrolably !

Allen If you check file info, it belongs to Apple -- but in your services panel, there's probably a suspecious entry (and running) with a big GUID id (looks like a series of numbers and letters). Bonjour is one of Apple's network protocol -- there are many ways Apple can install this, via iTune, Quicktime, and Safari. You can disable it in the services panel.  See also: Link

samuraigecko provied an unstable network connection when used in a windows environment. Uses alot of sys resources and hit the firewall as quick as DoS attacks. Causes loss of connection and loss of ADSL signal especially with USB based modems. Apple has alot to answer for with this little "addon"

cct76 was installed by Kodak EasyShare v6.0 software to provide compatibility with a Kodak wireless camera. But, it appears to cause slow PC boot time. If you don't have a wireless camera, uninstall Bonjour from add-remove programs to eliminate it. If you need the service for some other reason, reinstall it from directly from the Apple site, which appears to work fine. Newer versions of Kodak EasyShare software no longer install Bonjour by default.

Right click the weird string service and click Stop (name starts with ID_String...) then close service manager. You'll see mdnsresponsder is gone from task manager and no longer runs on startup

Alen It looks, like it is installed with adobe acrobat update. Issues background request, which my firewall blocks successfully. Seems not to be needed for anything usefull, if you do not use apple muasic sharing. It will just consume bandwidth.
