Kind of a debug shell-extension for games protected with SecuROM. Get's installed automatically when you start a protected game. I play Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne this, what yahoo Anti-Spyware calls a bho (browser helper object ), kept disconnecting my game while in online play. Though i still havnt got rid of it i got Zone Alert the freeware version. Now everytime it trys messing with whatever it mess's with Zone Alert ask me if its ok do do what ever it is that its trying to do, ofcourse i click no, and WHA LA! no more disconnects. The filoe still remains.   A.j.
this file came in my Temp dir many times and it's loaded by apps, it crashes my warcraft game, if i remove the dll the game will run fine, this file is spyware malware, use CurrProcess at the link below to look inside apps and see the dll  See also: Link   oxygen

It's With Warcraft Frozen Throne  
Used by some games. Follow directions on link to delete it. A better way to prevent it from returning is to make a new folder and name it CmdLineExt02.dll. This is more effective that the method described on the link and doesn't require special attributes or admin rights to use.  See also: Link   my_wan

SecuRom Copy Protection. It is a harmless file and comes installed with many game titles like GTA IV, Bioshock 1 & 2. If you remove it, you will have to remove the application. It also gets installed when ripping some Audio CD's as well.  See also: Link   Yosh
