All comments about WToolsS.exe: it wont quit! SPYWARE Ken Petrones Very hard to eliminate. I had to reload operating system. wonky every time i try and close it from taskmanager it just lags my mouse and reopens It will NOT go away! I savagely edited my reg in safe mode and ran several spy scanners and it didn't even blink TD It respawns along with wtoolsa, use this link to remove.  See also: Link BlackIce i found it in the C:/program files/common files/wintools folder and was unable to end the process don't see any real problem from it other then the fact that it is using uneccessary memory during dvd rips Joe boot to floppy (win98 ok to use). attrib -h-r *.* on the folder. delete files and folder \progra~!\common~1\wintools\*.* It is spyware, pretty easy to remove just downlaod ad-aware and Hijackthis Jim K Change the priority on the process to low, delete the registry key and immediately pull the power cord on the system.
