Slams my router with outbound traffic, which caused the router (Linksys) to randomly drop connections from other PCs. Found, and deleted the process. KevinH
it's a trojan downloader and you need to delete it by Ctrl + Alt + Delete processes end task then when you delete it, it will not come back Logan A.
Without a doubt its a virus, specifically a logger, I found mine in a temp folder - no process should ever be running from your temp or roaming folders Sean

Automatically copies itself onto your flashdrive from local user directory AppData along with an autorun.ini. When you click to open your flashdrive from My Computer, it copies the winlog.exe file to your computer. Just delete from startup (run=msconfig) and do a search and delete all instance of the file iStar19
