rate0 Seems to be part of "Immunet" as it's been running since I downloaded that software ! My "Bit Defender" is not 'running' now and is not nearly to consuming of my computing resources. Immunet does not seem to be what their sales puff implies...it seems to be running constantly consuming 100 percent of my computer's capacity !! I thought it would be 'cleaning' internet content before it got into my computer ! May have to 'uninstall' as I my computer is quite unresponsive as it seems to be running in the background all the time, without even pausing when I am using my computer.   don
rate1 It may not be a threat, but it surely jams up my processor and anything I am doing. BitDefender fixed this once before, now fix it again!   Rick Murray
rate1 Essential to any bitdefender, scans files for viruses   nyrox
rate0 I don't know anything about the vsserv.exe file, but I went to the program file and ran the fix program cycle on Bit Defender and the process stopped running. All still seems OK with my computer and Bit Defender. Seems like Bit Defender was upset by another program I had loaded, which I also uninstalled.   Terry Bliven
