This came up when I installed Panasonic's SD Jukebox - software for transferring MP3's to a d-snap camera. It starts as a service - "SDPAUMS server service"

I think it came along with my Panasonic D-Snap camera software, because Matsushita is the name Windows gives my camera's SD memory card.
