rate2 However, when installed you can not disable it anymroe without losing your ability to connect. In my opinion you don't need this unless your are having troubles connecting to your ISp, don't use Belgacom Genius. If its part of another program then it is not certain what it does, but it evolves internet activety. (genius sometimes tries to conenct to a server, when I don't allow it my TCP/ip stops working / no surfing or online gaming possible))   same as above
rate2 This is a part of Belgacom genius and alows you to automatically configure your dsl modem for your ISP, it can be run when your internet conenction doesn't work anymore.
rate2 Mine seems to have been installed by Qwest QuikCare for DSL line support. I suspect it is relabelled by a variety of ISPs.  See also: Link   Alan Winston
rate1 used to keep dsl modems up. has autorepair   D CHUBB
rate2 In my case, RoadRunner installs this as part of RoadRunner Medic to troubleshoot connection problems. If you want to use RoadRunner Medic, you gotta put up with this. RoadRunner Medic is an optional program and not necessary for RoadRunner connections.  See also: Link   Dennis Staley
rate2 It has been installed by Planet for check and repair of my internet connection. I guess you dont need it when your connection is working fine. I dont know what will happen if you delete it.
rate1 From comments seems it is part of Qwest Quickcare   H. Taylor
rate2 Part of Qwest Quickcare connection troubleshooter. Have found useful occassionally. Assume Qwest at least fairly reliable in choice of software. Assume intrusive on personal networking settings, but that's why one would use it. Certainly not required, but would probably use to save networking settings at least once, then disable unless needed.   CRC
rate1 It is used by the Qwest Quickcare DSL modem monitoring and restoring system which allows you to diagnosis repair your internet connection.   Walt A.
rate3 i cant get it to leave! but seems harmless.   SiDDharTha
