PSDrvChk.exe is a component of Pinnacle's InstantCopy, a program used to duplicate CDs and DVDs. This process is responsible for checking the drivers of hardware devices to be used by InstantCopy to ensure compatibility. It is not essential to system operation, but terminating it may cause problems with the aforementioned application.

Annoying as hell that this file doesn't get removed automatically   Rens In Window Task Manager of Win 7, right click of mouse on 'PSDrvCheck.exe*32' , Select 'Open File Location', this will bring you to where you want to do manual removal. After un-install, the un-installer program is doing a lousy job.   NathL This file does not seem to be removed at the time you uninstall Pinnacle software. While probably useful when you are using their program, it doesn't need to exist when you remove the programs.
