I found that I have a ununstaller on my comp. called Punkbuster Services.   Someone Installs with various games. Typically EA games, crysis, mass effect ect. seems to be used for online connectivity possibly to thwart cheating, hacking.   HERBSMAN The file is used by Punkbuster by Even balance it is used to prevent and stop cheating/ hacking on online games. Mainly used by EA games like Battlefield. Blocking this file will result in a kick from any punkbuster secured server with an error similar to the one mentioned above.
