All comments about MMKeybd.exe: It's from keyboards Andrew Meador Multimedia Keyboard Software - this makes the extra keys work. I have hear it can be a resource hog, but mine doesn't appear to be such a heavy load. TC Alows mulitmedia functions to work on some keyboards. It does connect to the internet a lot, who knows why. allows shortcut keys to be used on your keyboard susan hall it runs in the back ground causing my computer to run slower when I am accessing the web and other usages on my computer. I have turned it off and the coputer starts to run properly. I have had problems with my computer having a serious error which shuts the computer down when I am talking on MSN video calls. The blue screen says it is an unknown device driver that shuts the computer down. I have lost use of some of the hot keys when I've ended its processing. I'm running AVG and AdAware and neither have perceived it as a threat. I still live uncomfortably with it though.
