Mike P A previous virus named itself Itmsg (notice the capital I not L) and pretended to be this file. This file is OK but check also for a duplicate which looks the same except it has the Capital I Which could be a trojan or virus
Chris This file has something to do with your Modem, I would however double check to see if you have an Agere modem because mallwere can be named anything.
