Process name: Image Icon

Product: Iomega Corp. IMGICON

Company: Iomega (iomega.com)

File: imgicon.exe

A program installed with Iomega zip drives, this application runs as a background process and detects what type of Iomega drive has been connected to your machine. It displays an icon that matches the corresponding device type. Overtaken by thumb drives in the portable storage world, zip drives are largely irrelevant now. Founded in 1983, Iomega is now known as LenovoEMC.http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/imgicon.exe.html

Associated with Iomega ZIP drives. Displays the correct icon for make and model of ZIP drive. Non critical process which can be disabled if desired.  See also: Link Tom Auger
