For instance, in my job, I need to count how many new emails I have in certain Outlook Express folders. I can have Outlook Express open with the calculator on top and scroll down the folder list without the calculator loosing focus and moving to the back. With ico.exe I can still scroll through the folder list even though OE is not the active program.
