Scott It's part of Hewlitt Packards Share to Web software Andre Part of scanner software from HP Big-B When I end this process I can not use my HP Scanjet Scanner but if I restart the process comes up again and then I can scan. So I will end this process each time I turn the computer on unless I plan to use the scanner. I don't use the HP share-to-web function so I don't know if it has something to do with this or not.
