This module is part of the drivers for Epson printers that is intended to make it easier to print Web pages. It integrates with Internet Explorer and allows you to automatically fit the contents of Web pages to standard paper sizes. While not strictly an essential process, it is part of the hardware driver package and it's probably a good idea not to terminate it unless you are having problems.
