I heard that it is linked to vtd_16.exe which is some sort of new re-booting virus
Seems to be linked to vtd_16.exe. They seem to watch one another to make sure one of them is running as a hidden process
B Works along with another file klogini.dll, can erase kologini, however draw32.dll will or another file it works with put it back on the next reboot. Believe it's part of Haxdoor H.
start windows in recoveryconsole and delete the file

Anthony it won't gtfo. it doesn't exist according to windows explorer, yet it's there.
_darth_ my scanner (norton antivirus) picked it up as: Backdoor.munty. Or something similar to that virus.  See also: Link
Danny Phillips defintely linked to vtd_16.exe. also klogini.dll, this file will let you delete it. the other two won't. Message says they're in use. then after reboot klogini.dll comes back. Draw32.dll causes Norton Anti-virus to pop open an alert after alert, but it won't get rid of it! It names it as trojan.munty
Danny Phillips Norton also called it Backdoor.mutny
Nurndy it's added by the Haxdoor.h backdoor
