This DLL is a component of the Norton AntiSpam product sold by Symantec Corporation. It provides a software interface (""hook"") between AntiSpam and Microsoft Outlook Express, to allow the two programs to work together correctly. Terminating this program is likely to cause application errors in the AntiSpam product, for obvious reasons.
