Creative drops a global keyboard hook in with installshield. I just blocked it 6 times. Once thats in they have a keylogger and root access which is exactly the same as a kernel level rootkit. There is no cure for this other than a reformatting (preferably twice & delete the partition) and an OS reinstall.
