Causes huge problem with IE as it displays grey screens and turns random words into search links. Remove by killing the process in Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del), then delete sp.exe in c:. Also delete a related file named sp-xxxxxxx.pf under C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch. xxxxxxx are random numbers. If you can't find the files, search on the computer by typing in sp.exe. good luck. |
