After clicking on the button 
Online Info, you will see the URL to be opened. Click on OK, to start viewing the URL from your browser.
The URL contains the file name or the error code, as well as the CRC checksum, and includes the version of the program.

| • | If you are registered as an administrator for Windows, the use of a browser is not recommended. In this case, please copy the URL and go to another PC with fewer rights online. |
| • | Select the option No longer display this prompt for the browser to start directly. You can make the above dialogue box visible again by pressing the Ctrl key while you click on the button Online Info. |
